WE ARE MORE THAN VANILLA, WE ARE TRADITION

We are an entrepreneurial family, and we've always asked ourselves what we could do to improve our processes. That's how our journey with vanilla began.
One day, while spending time together as a family doing what we love most—making desserts—what started as just a hobby inspired us to dive deeper into the world of baking. In our research, we realized that the vanilla extract we were using, though rich in properties, wasn’t natural. This sparked our curiosity, and after further investigation, we discovered what we believe is the best variety: Vanilla tahitensis.
Our love for this species led us to learn the best methods for obtaining it in a natural and organic way, benefiting both us and our taste buds. It's incredibly rewarding because, although it’s a long process, it's also fascinating to see how nature can provide such a remarkable product.
Over time, we realized that vanilla can be used not only in sweet dishes but in savory ones too. It's a magical world where anyone can add their own unique touch to a recipe or creation with just a hint of vanilla.

This is how we discovered the fascinating world of vanilla, a world so captivating that we are now part of large, highly sustainable projects, from planting and pollinating vanilla to exporting it across the globe. Through our project, we aim to support the community where we grow the vanilla, training and preparing them to develop their own areas of expertise so they can earn a sustainable income, allowing them to lead more dignified and prosperous lives.
